Will of Kenneth McKenzie, deceased

Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This is the Last Will and Testament of me Kenneth McKenzie of Pictou in the County of Pictou, Master Mariner.

1. I hereby revoke all former will by me at any time heretofore made

2. I direct all my just debts funeral and Testamentary expenses be paid and satisfied by my executors hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.

3. I give and bequeath to my Servant Bella McDonald the sum of one hundred Dollars.

4. I give and bequeath to my son Kenneth S. McKenzie the sum of five Dollars

5. I will devise and bequeath to the executors of this my last Will and Testament and to be hereinafter named as aforesaid all my remaining personal and Real Estate of every nature and kind whatsoever In Trust for the following purposes hereinafter named that is to say that they shall cause the same to be sold either at public or private sale as to them shall seem most advantageous and when the same is converted into money to divide the said money into two equal shares and to pay one share thereof to my son John W. McKenzie and the other or remaining share to my son Gordon McKenzie.

I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my brother William McKenzie and Charles E. Sar** Barrister both of Pictou the executors of this my last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 26th. day of February AD 1903.
