Will of John McKenzie, deceased
Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou
I John McKenzie of Pictou in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia, Mariner, do make publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament.
I direct that my Executors and Executrix hereinafter named shall pay all my just debts and funeral and Testamentary expenses.
I give, devise and bequeath unto my nephew David McQuarrie I.C.R. Conductor at St. John New Brunswick and my nieces Eliza McQuarrie, Annie McQuarrie, and Mitchell McQuarrie all of St. John New Brunswick aforesaid, the Real Estate on which I now reside situate on the corner of Coleraine and St. Andrew’s Streets, in the Town of Pictou and all my interest therein; and also all and singular my personal property of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate, al of my said property both real and personal to be divided among them, share and share alike, subject however to the bequests hereinafter mentioned.
I give, devise and bequeath unto my niece Jeanetta McKenzie at present of Pittsburg in the State of Pennsylvania in the United States of America the sum of One Hundred Dollars, and to my niece Mrs. Mary Warline (formerly McKenzie) wife of Conrad Warline of Pittsburg aforesaid,the sum of One Hundred Dollars, to be paid to them by my Executors and Executrix, as soon as convenient after my decease.
I nominate constitute and appoint my said nephew David McQuarrie of St. John N.B. Andrew Hislop of Pictou, in the County of Pictou, Merchant, and my said niece Annie McQuarrie of St. John N.B., Executors and Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my Seal at Pictou, in the County of Pictou, this Eighteenth day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and two.

Signed, Sealed and declared by the above names Testator as and for his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us, who in the presence of each other, and in the presence of the above named Testator, all being present at the same time, at his request have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

IN THE COURT OF PROBATE
I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of John McKenzie late of Pictou, in the County of Pictou, Mariner, deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the eighth day of December A.D., 1913.
Witness my hand at Pictou this eighth day of December A.D., 1913.
