Estate of Donald Urquhart late of Coramonie, Farmer, deceased, Testate

Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

In the name of God, Amen.

I, Donald Urquhart of Coramonie in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia, Bachelor, Being in delicate health but of sound mind memory and understanding consistency the uncertainty of this transient life do hereby make and publish declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following - To wit-

first It is my will and I do order that my executors who shall hereafter be named, pay all my just debts and Funeral expenses as soon as convenient after my decease.

Second I will and bequeath to my two Sisters Annie and Margaret Urquhart equal shares in my real and personal property in Coramonie after all the just debts are paid therefrom.

third, I will and bequeath to my Brother William Urquhart twenty seven acres of land that I gold in my name at Loch Brook near Pictou n the County of Pictou, or if the executors do sel the same that the said William Urquhart my Brother do get the proceeds from same whatever they may be.

fourth, I hereby nominate and appoint as the executors of this my last Will and testament Alex McDonald Farmer, and Peter J. Grant Merchant both of .Springville, Pictou County.

 

In witness whereof I have hereto Set my hand and Seal this twenty third day of October A.D. 1892.
