Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
This is the last Will and Testament of George W. Underwood of New Glasgow, in the County of Pictou, Esquire.
I nominate Duncan C. Fraser Solicitor, James D. McGregor Merchant, both of New Glasgow and my son John Sole Executors of this my last Will and testament.
In testimony whereof I have hereto Set my hand and Seal at New Glasgow in the County of Pictou, this twenty sixth day in the year of our Lord one Thousand Eight hundred and Eighty six. (Seventy six scratched out and initialed GWU)

Signed Sealed published and declared as and for the last Will of the said George W. Underwood, in the presence of us the undersigned both present at the same time, who at his request in the presence of the him Testator and each other have hereunto set our names as witnesses.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of two pages, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of George W. Underwood late of New Glasgow, in the County of Pictou, Merchant, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
Given under my hand at Pictou this third day of October A.D. 1887.
