Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This is the last will and testament of me Marjory Thomson, of Westville, in the County, Widow.

I devise and bequeath all my real and personal property of whatsoever kind and description and wheresoever situate, my real estate being now situate on Drummond Road, Westville, unto my son, John M. Thomson, subject however to the following bequests which are hereby made a charge and lien upon my said real estate, that is to say

To my daughter Ella Parlin, I bequeath the sum of Two hundred and fifty Dollars.

To the following names children, that is to say, Martha Martin, James O. Thomson, S.W. Thomson, Janet McDonald, Cassie Smith, the sum of One hundred Dollars each.

To my son Daniel M. Thomson, the sum of One hundred Dollars out of cash which he now has belonging to me and I also direct that my said son, Daniel H., shall pay all funeral expenses out of the said sum now in his possession.

I nominate my son-in-law, Roderick Martin, of Westville, to be the sole Executors and Executrix of this my Will.

In witness whereof I have herewith set my hand this 9^th. day of August, 1913.

McLeod, Registrar of said Court, do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true and Correct Copy of the last Will and Testament of Marjory Thomson late of Westville, in the County of Pictou, Widow, deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 25^th. day of August A.D., 1913.
