Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

I, William H. Thompson of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou, "Joiner", do make publish and declare this paper writing to be my last Will and Testament.

1st. To my wife Annabell and to my son John George I give devise and bequeath all my Real Estate and Buildings Situate on Provost Street, in the town of New Glasgow, equally between them, the South half thereof to my wife Annabell and the North half to my son John George.

2nd. To my son Thomas Edward, I give and bequeath all my joiners Tools.

3rd. It is my desire and will that my daughters Cecilia, Bessie, Mary and Annie, all and each of them have their home with their mother in her part of the house as long as they desire. My wife Annabell to have the household furniture.

3rd. I hereby nominate and appoint my wife Annabell and my son John George as my Executors of this my last Will.

In witness whereof I have Signed Sealed and published this Instrument as my last Will at New Glasgow this 17th. day of May A.D. 1882.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of William H. Thompson late of New Glasgow, in the County of Pictou, Joiner, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.

Given under my hand at Pictou this first day of February A.D. 1883.
