Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
Know all men by these presents that I, Alexr. Thompson, of Sunny Brae, East River, Pictou Co. and Province of Nova Scotia, Farmer, do hereby make and publish this my last Will and Testament. And,
I order and appoint that my son John shall have the half of the farm, on which the buildings are, the farm to be divided from the river to the rear.
I appoint and ordain Duncan, son of my Uncle Duncan McDonald Esqr. To be my Sole executor of this my last Will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this 14th. day of April, One Thousand eight hundred and Eighty one years, in presence of

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of On and a half pages, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Alexander M. Thompson, late of Sunny Brae, in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
