Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

Know all me by these present that I Margaret Thain of the Town of Pictou Province of Nova Scotia, Canada, Spinster considering he uncertainty of this life and being of sound mind and memory do make and declare and publish this my Last Will and Testament.

First, I give devise and bequeath unto my nephew John McCright Thain of Sagia La Grande Cuba, all my real and personal property including after all my debts are paid all moneys on deposit in Banks to my Credit.

Second, I do nominate and appoint Peter Fraser Collector of Inland Revenue of Pictou Nova Scotia Walter Sergeant of he same place ad Alexander MacKay of St. Johns Newfoundland to be the executors of this my last Will and Testament.

In testimony whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament subscribed my name and set my Seal this twenty fourth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and five.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Margaret Thain late of Pictou in said County Spinster deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 6^th.  day of February 1905.
