Estate of John Rose late of Fraser's Mountain, deceased, Testate.

Copy of Wills for Registrar of Deeds

In the name of God, So let it be.

 I John Rose of Fraser's Mountain in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia, being of sound disposing mind and knowing   the great uncertainty of human life to make and declare this my last will and testament.
 
I direct that my executors sell and dispose of my property in such manner as they may judge right subject to the following directions

I give and bequeath to my daughters Mary Elizabeth, Janet Ann, and Margaret Catherine each an equal share in the Estate which may remain to divide at my decease

 I give and bequeath to my daughters Marion Jane and Elsie Coull, each an equal share of my state but the share of Marion Jane and Elsie Coull shall be double the share each, of each of the first named of my daughters.

 I order that all lawful demands against my estate form of first church charge.

 I hereby constitute and appoint George Douglas of New Glasgow Merchant and Mary Elizabeth Rose my daughter severally Executer and Executrix of this my last will and testament.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page is an exact copy of the last Will and Testament of John Rose late of Fraser's Mountain in the County of Pictou, Farmer, Testate, which is been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the court.

Given under my hand at Pictou this 8th. day of April A.D. 1880.
