Will of James Reeves, deceased

Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This is the last Will and Testament of James Reeves of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou made this fifteenth day of January AD 1904.

I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal property whatsoever and wheresoever situate to my son William Reeves upon condition that my wife in addition to her needs in my real property shall be supported and maintained by him in the same manner as I my self have supported and maintained her in the house.

Also I direct my son William to take care and charge of my infant children until they can maintain themselves, and I ask and request him at all times to do at all times what he can to aid his sisters in case they need his assistance and give them a home with him if they want it.

I nominate and appoint Archibald McColl and William Sedgewick  to be the executors of this my Will.

In witness whereof I have hereunto my hand subscribed and Seal affixed this fifteenth day of January AD 1904.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of James Reeves late of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 12th.  day of April AD 1904.
