Estate of Andrew Reid Deceased,

Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

I Andrew Reid of Little Harbour in the County of Pictou make this my last will and Testament.

First - I order that my lawful debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my personal property.

Second - I give and bequeath unto my son George Henry Reid all my real and personal property of whatever nature remaining after my lawful debts are paid.

Third - I order that my beloved wife Catherine be properly and fully provided for by my son George Henry Reid during the term of her natural life.

Fourth - I hereby nominate and appoint my said son George Henry my sole executor of this my last will and Testament, hereby revoking all and any former wills and testaments.

Signed sealed published and declared as in for the last will and testament of the said Andrew Reid the testator this twentieth day of July AD 1822 in the presence of us who at his request in in the presence of each other have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Andrew Reid late of Little Harbour in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the second day of November AD 1905.
