Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
I William Ryan of Donney Brook in the County of Pictou Farmer declare this to be my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills and testaments by me heretofore made.
1st I devise and bequeath unto my beloved son Lawrence Ryan the northern one half portion of my real estate consisting of one hundred acres.
2nd. I devise and bequeath to my beloved son Patrick Ryan all the remainder of my real and personal assistant state of every description and where ever situate subject to the following conditions
A. To pay all my just debts and funeral expenses
B. To support and maintain his mother Ellen Ryan in a manner suitable to her state in life.
I nominate and appoint my beloved wife Ellen Ryan sole executrix of this my last will and testament.

Signed by the said testator as last will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time who in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of William Ryan late of Donney Brook in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 19th. day of October AD 1912.
