Estate of Mary Ann Riley late of Pictou, Widow, deceased, Testate
Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
This is the last Will and testament of me, Mary Ann Riley of Pictou in the County of Pictou, Widow.
I give device and bequeath o\unto my Grandson John Kinchelon of Pictou in the County of Pictou mason all my real Estate with the buildings thereon situate on the South Side of Faulkland street in the town of Pictou. To Have and to Hold the same unto him the said John Kinchelon and his heirs and assigns forever.
I give devise and bequeath unto my granddaughter Clara Kinchelon of Pictou aforesaid- Spinster my sewing machine.
I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Josephine Lawless my feather Bed.
I give and bequeath to my daughter Clarissa Rice my holy water font.
I give and bequeath to my said grandson John Kinchelon all my household furniture goods, chattels, and effects, and every description of personal property owned by me at the time of my death not hereinbefore devised.
I nominate and appoint my said Grandson John Kinchelon the executor of this my last Will and Testament.
I revoke all former testamentary writings by me at anytime heretofore made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament.
In Witness whereof I have hereto my hand subscribed this second day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety.

Signed by the said Mary Ann Riley, as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time, who in her presence, at her request in in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our name as attesting witnesses. The said Mary Ann Riley the said testatrix made her mark hereto, and thus signed her said will.
