Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This is the last will and Testament of me William McKay of Carriboo River in the County of Pictou, Farmer.

I hereby revoking all former wills by at any time heretofore made.

I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of every kind and description and wheresoever Situated to my sister Effie W. Barbour (wife of William Barbour) before the condition however that she shall from time to time hereafter during the natural life of her mother Barbara McKay and her unmarried sister Barbara and the survivor of them, well and sufficiently provide support maintenance and clothes – in all respects care and provide them and each of them a Suitable house.

I appoint my brother in law John McDonald of Pictou in the County of Pictou and Geddie Redpath of the same place executors of this my Will. Signed at Carriboo in the County of Pictou this 18th. day of March AD 1907.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of William McKay late of Carriboo River in said County, Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 20th. day of May 1907.
