Estate of John McKay late of Black River, Farmer, deceased, Testate

Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

This is the last Will and Testament of John McKay W’s son of Black River in the County of Pictou, N. S.

I hereby give and devise and bequeath to Isabella McKay her heirs, executors and administrators for her and their own use and benefit, absolutely and forever one half of my estate and effects both Real and personal whatsoever, and wheresoever and of what nature ad quality soever, including that portion of said property which she is entitled to by law, the other half of the property to be equally divided among my three children.

I hereby appoint my wife Sole Executrix of this my Will.

In witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand this seventh day of July One thousand eight hundred and eighty three.
