Will of John MacKay Deceased
Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
This is the last will and testament of the undersigned John MacKay of Scotsburn County of Pictou Farmer
Subject to the payment of my just debts funeral and other expenses correlation with the settlement of my estate I will and bequeath all my property both real and personal unto my beloved wife Bella MacKay to be hers absolutely.
I nominate and appoint my said wife to be the executrix of this my said last Will and Testament, at the same time revoking all former wills by me made.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand at Scotsburn in said County this twenty ninth day of November in the year of our lord one thousand nine hundred and five.

Signed by the said Testator and published as his last Will and testament in the presence of us both present who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.

I John D. McLeod of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper written is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of John MacKay late of Scotsburn in said County of Pictou, Farmer deceased, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in said Court on the 12th.day of December AD 1910.
Witness my hand at Pictou this 12th. day of December AD 1910.
