Estate of James MacKay late of Mill Brook, Farmer, deceased, Testate
Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
I James MacKay of Mill Brook, in the County of Pictou, Farmer, declare this my last Will and Testament.
I give devise and bequeath unto my wife Mary McKay the one half of all my real and personal property of every kind and nature except the farm formerly owned by James Fraser to hold use and enjoy as long as she remains my widow, without the power to sell or dispose of any part thereof except by and with the consent of my daughter Georgina L. McKay and after the death of my said wife the whole of my property remaining to o and become the property of the said Georgina L. McKay.
I give devise and bequeath unto my daughter in law Georgina L. McKay the other half of all my real and personal property except the aforesaid farm formerly owned by James Fraser, absolutely free from the Control of her husband or is creditors.
I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Jessie Isabel wife of David MacKay the farm formerly by James Fraser and situated at Mill Brook in the County of Pictou and containing Eighty acres more or less together with the buildings and appurtenances to the said lot of land belonging to hold unto her, her heirs, executors, an administrators according to the respective natures and qualities of the said premises absolutely and foever.
I direct that all my just debts funeral expenses and the expenses attendant upon the settlement of my estate by paid out of the proceeds of my estate by my executrices hereinafter named, as soon after my decease as convenient.
I hereby revoke all former wills and codicils made by me at anytime heretofore.
I nominate and appoint my said wife Mary McKay and the said Georgina L. McKay Sole executors of this my last Will and testament.
In witness whereof I the said James McKay the testator, have to this my last Will and testament contained in this sheet of paper Set my hand Seal this fift4th. Day of September A.D. 1894.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page and part of a page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of James MacKay late of Mill Brook in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
Given under my hand at Pictou this 5th. day of November A.D. 1894.
