I, Hector McKay of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou, Tanner, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish my Last Will and Testament, that is to say, I give, devise and bequeath all my estate and property, real ad personal as follows: -Revoking all former Wills made by me: -

I give, devise and bequeath to my son William McKay, His Heirs and Assigns, the Eastern half d the real estate at said new Glasgow, owned by me and bounded and descripted as follows:

Beginning at a stake on the Northern line of said real estate, thirty nine feet seven inches from the lands of William Sullivan, thence to run Easterly along said Northern line thirty nine feet seven inches to lands of William Sullivan. Thence to run south thirty two degrees and thirty minutes West along the line of said William Sullivan’s lands one hundred and fifty four feet five inches to a stake at the East angle of said real estate. Thence North thirty six degrees West along the Southern line of said real estate, forty seven feet two inches, Thence North-Easterly in a straight line to place of beginning.

I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Ann Fraser, wife of John Fraser, of Moncton, Machinist and her Heirs and Assigns, the Western half of my said real estate, bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the Northern line of said real estate distant thirty nine feet seven inches from the lands of William Sullivan. Thence to run Westerly along said Northern line thirty nine feet seven inches or to the Eastern boundary of Stellarton Road. Thence Southerly along the boundary of said Stellarton Road ninety five feet nine inches to a stake. Thence South thirty six degrees East forty seven feet ten inches. Thence North-Easterly in a straight line to the place of beginning.

I give, devise and bequeath the proceeds of my Life Insurance Policy, amounting to two thousand dollars ($2,00) to be divided equally share and share alike between my children to wit, one fourth to my daughter Florence, one fourth to my daughter Sarah, one fourth to my son William and one fourth to my daughter Ann.

I further give, devise and bequeath to my granddaughter Ruby McIntosh, my organ also the sum of one hundred dollars ($100) to be placed by my executor in trust for her in the Royal Bank of Canada and to be given to her when she arrives at the age of eighteen years.

I give, devise and bequeath my sideboard to my said daughter Ann and the bedsteads and bed clothes to my daughter Sarah ad the two bureaus to my said daughter Florence, together with such pictures as she may choose or desire.

I hereby authorize and instruct my Executor, to sell the balance of my personal property and divide the proceeds equally between my said children share and share alike.

I hereby appoint Walter Sylvester of said New Glasgow Executor of this my last Will and Testament.

IN WTINESS WHEREOF, I have hereto set my hand and seal this fifty day of June in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred and twelve.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Hector McKay late of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou Tanner deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 10th. day of July 1912.
