Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

This is the last Will and testament of Donald McKay of Fox Brook, in the County of Pictou being of sound mind but infirm of body,

1st. I commend my Soul to God through the mercy of Christ.

2nd. I bequeath and devise and Will to my son David McKay all my real and personal effects which includes the old Homestead with all in singular and everything belonging thereto, who will be liable to nay claims against the Estate.

I hereby appoint John Cumming J.P. as executor of this my last Will and testament.

I William A. Munro and Daniel R. McKay do sign this as witnesses in his presence and at his request, being his last Will and testament at Fox Brook in the County of Pictou.
