Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds

This is the last will and Testament of William F. McIntosh of Mountville in the County of Pictou Farmer,

1. I hereby direct my executors hereinafter mentioned to pay all my just debts funeral and Testamentary expenses as soon as possible after decease.

2. I will and bequeath to my wife Anne all my real and personal property for her sole use forever.

3. I appoint Thomas McKay of Mounville and Angus McMillan of Churchville executors of this my last Will and Testament

In testimony whereof the above Testator hath hereunto his name subscribed this sixteenth day of October AD 1902

Signed Sealed and declared by the above Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us the subscribing witnesses who at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto.
