Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou
To All whom it may concern
I William McIntosh of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou, in the Province of Nova Scotia, Merchant hereby declare this to be my last will and Testament
First - I give grant and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary McIntosh the dwelling house and premises in which I now reside known as Hillside situate on the west side of the River in the Town of New Glasgow together with the furniture and all other personal effects in and about said property,
And I further give grant and bequeath to my said wife the sum of six thousand five hundred Dollars ($6500.00) for her sole use and benefit during her natural life and at her death the said six thousand five hundred Dollars together with the aforesaid property known as Hillside to be equally divided between my daughters Anne, Susan, Mary, Margaret ad Jessie and my son William share and share alike their heirs and assigns and in the event of either of them dying leaving no issue and no will for the distribution of their portion their share to revert to and be equally divided among the remaining members of my aforesaid family.
Second - I give grant and bequeath to my son William his heirs and assigns the lot of land now owned by me situate on Provost Street in Ward One in the Town of New Glasgow aforesaid
Third – The residue of my estate not already provided for in this instrument after the payment in full of all my just and lawful debts I also give grant and bequeath to my said wife for her sole use and benefit during her natural life and at her death the same to be applied and divided as in the foregoing paragraph of this instrument marked “First”.
Fourth - I appoint my said wife Mary and my son William to be executors of this my last Will and Testament and hereby revoke all previous wills and Testaments by me at any time made whensoever

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of William McIntosh late of New Glasgow in said County Merchant deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 5th. day of December AD 1903.
Given under my hand at Pictou in said County this 5th. day of December AD 1903.
