Estate of Mary McIntosh late of East River, Widow, deceased, Testate
Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
This is the last Will and Testament of Mary McIntosh of Island East River of Pictou, Province of Nova Scotia, Widow of the late William McIntosh of the same place, deceased.
I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Mary Fraser wife of Simon Fraser all my real and personal property of every nature whatsoever owned by me at the time of me death for her own use and at her disposal and for her separate and Sole use and benefit absolutely, and free from the control of her present husband or any husbands or husbands with whom she may from time to time intermarry with full power if she see fit to dispose of the real estate hereby devised as she may see fi subject only to the consent of the executors of this my last Will and testament first obtained, the proceeds to be hers and for her use separately and absolutely.
I nominate and appoint Alexander R. Grant of Springville Miller and James McIntosh Island Blacksmith to be the Executors of this my last Will and Testament.

Signed Sealed and declared by the said Mary McIntosh as her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at her request in her presence, and in the presence of each other have hereunto Subscribed our names as witnesses.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Mary McIntosh late of Island East River in the County of Pictou, Widow, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
Given under my hand at Pictou this thirtieth day of August A.D. 1883.
