Will of Donald McIntosh Deceased
Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
In the name of God, Amen
I Donald McIntosh of Meiklefield in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia, Farmer being of this day of sound and disposing mind and memory and understanding do make this my last will and testament as follows
First. It is my will that all my just debts be paid after my decease and that I will be decently buried at the discretion of my executor hereinafter named.
Second. I give and devise to my son Dougall McIntosh my real estate consisting of one hundred and twenty five acres of land which is bounded on the north by lands of James A Meikle and heirs of David Stewart, on the east by lands of Frederick McKinnon and William McKinnon, on the south by lands of Alexander McIntosh and on the west by lands of Simon Cameron.
I also give and bequeath to my said son Dougall McIntosh my entire personal property consisting of horses, cattle, sheep, farming implements and whatsoever I may be possessed of at the time of my death.
Third. Notwithstanding the foregoing it is my will and it is the true intent and meaning of this testament that my son the said Dougall McIntosh shall proved for my wife Sarah McIntosh with the following during her natural lifetime, that she the said Sarah McIntosh shall have the privilege of occupying the dining room and the room in the northeast corner of my present dwelling house, and also that he supply her the said Sarah McIntosh annually with the following goods, one bushel of flour, one barrel of oatmeal, ten bushels of potatoes, fie pounds of Tea, ten pounds of sugar, sufficient clothing, firewood for one stove and also to keep continuously for her sole use one milk cow and three sheep.
Lastly I name and constitute my son the said Dougall McIntosh my sole executor.
In witness whereof I the said Donald McIntosh have hereto my hand and seal subscribed and set this thirtieth day of April one thousand nine hundred and six.

I John D. McLeod of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper written is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Donald McIntosh late of Meiklefield, in said County Farmer deceased, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in said Court on the 9th. day of May AD 1907.
