Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
I Daniel McIntosh of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou, N.S., make this my last will and Testament, after the paying of all my legal debts I will that all my personal & real property be disposed of as follows,
First – I will to Mrs. Cassie McKenzie my wife the house & land on George Street New Glasgow also my clock and all other furniture & my personal effects.
To Gurtie Morgan I will the sum of one hundred dollars.
To Mrs. Alex C Cameron one hundred dollars.
To Fred Stewart & his brother $(50) dollars each.
To Catherine Finlay fifty dollars
The remainder if any to Mrs. Cassie McKenzie
I appoint John C Reid of New Glasgow my sole executor of this my last Will and Testament.
