Will of Angus McIntosh, deceased
Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds
Bridgeville Pictou County Nova Scotia
February 24th. 1909
I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of which I may die possessed in the manner foregoing that is to say,
To my son John William McIntosh, I bequeath that half of my real estate lying on the north side
To my wife Isabella Elizabeth McIntosh I bequeath the remaining half of my real estate together with all my personal property remaining after all outstanding debts are paid to have and to hold during her life time while she remains single, at her death or if she again marries to be divided as follows, that is to say equally divided between my daughters Annie Isabella McIntosh and Mary Catherine McIntosh
I hereby appoint my wife Isabella Elizabeth McIntosh to be guardian of my daughters Mary Catherine McIntosh during her minority.
I also John H Dunbar and John W McIntosh both of Stellarton to be my Fraser executors.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Angus McIntosh late of Bridgeville in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 20th. day of March AD 1909.
Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 20th. day of March AD 1909.
