Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

I Neil McInnis of New Glasgow, in the County of Pictou (Province of Nova Scotia is scratched out), Farmer, do Hereby Declare this to be my last Will and testament.

1. I hereby appoint William Morton of Anderson’s Mountain in said County of Pictou farmer the Sole Executor of this my Will.

2. I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal property of every kind and description to which I may be entitled or have any interest in, at the time of my death and wherever situate to my sister Catherine McInnis her heirs and assigns absolutely forever.

In witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this first day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and ninety four.
