Estate of Angus McInnis, late of Pictou, Shoemaker, deceased, Testate

Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

This is the last Will and Testament of me Angus McInnis of Pictou, in the County of Pictou, Shoemaker.

I give devise and bequeath all the real estate and personal property of every nature ad kind whatsoever and wheresoever situate to which I shall be entitled or possessed of at the time of my decease unto my wife Johanna McInnis to have and to hold the same unto her her heirs and assigns forever.

And I hereby appoint my said wife Johanna McInnis and my brother James McInnis of Georgeville in the County of Antigonish, Merchant, Executor and executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other testamentary writings by me made at any time heretofore made.

In witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal affixed this eighteenth day of October A.D. 1884.
