I Robert McGunigle of Scotch Hill in the County of Pictou Farmer do make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament

I do give devise and bequeath unto my dear Aunts Catherine McKay ad Hanna McKay all my real and personal estate during their natural lifetime whatever wherever to have and to hold the same unto them their heirs executors and administrators according within respective values and qualities of the said property absolutely and forever,

At the death of said Catherine and Hanna McKay if there is any property left after paying for their maintenance and all lawful debts I bequeath it to my dear brother Adam McGunigle to have and to hold the same unto him his heirs executors and administrators according within respective values and qualities of the said property absolutely and forever

And I appoint Peter McMillan and George Grant executors of this my Will at the same time revoking all former and other wills codicils and testamentary dispositions and appointments whatsoever by me at any time heretofore made.

In witness whereof I the said Robert McGunigle the testator have to this my last will and testament Set my hand and Seal this thirtieth day of April A.D. 1900.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Robert McGunigle late of Scotch Hill in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the fourteenth day of May 1900.
