Description Pictou Advocate 28-9-78

Some 30 men , women and children showed up for a 2 1/2 mile walk Sunday afternoon which began at MacPherson's Mills. Showen Above in front of the old mill house, from left, are : Bob Bancroft, regional wildlife biologist with the Nova Scotia department of lands and forests, who conducted the walk; Audrey Pratt, an organizer with the Pictou County branch of the Association of Outdoor Nova Scotians, Which Sponsored the outing; and Dr. Howard Locke, owner of the mill.
