Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

Pictou Island May 11th. 1907

This is the last will and Testament of me John McFarlane of Pictou Island

I revoke all former wills, and give devise and bequeath all my property real and personal after payment of my just debts and funeral and Testamentary expenses to my son Allan the east fifty acres of also barn with a right away thereto or privilege to revoke at any time he choses

I also bequeath to my wife the west side of farm during her life time, then to be sold to the highest bidder my son Allan to get first offer, and the proceeds of the sale to be divided among my family equal shares.

I appoint John C. McDonald and Hector McDonald executors of this my Will.

In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal this 11th. day of May 1907.
