Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds
I Sarah McEwen of Riverton in the County of Pictou, N.S., wife of John McEwen Farmer being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of any kind and description and where situated unto my daughter Minnie C McEwen
I hereby appoint her executrix of this my Will.
In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this 30th. day of November 1907
