Will of Angus McDonnell, Deceased
Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds at Pictou
This is the last will and Testament of me Angus McDonell of Asphelt in the County of Pictou Province of Nova Scotia.
I give devise and bequeath to my wife Bridget Clansey all my real and personal property of which I am possessed of at Asphelt in the Town of Stellarton Co of Pictou V.G. Dwelling House with furniture and houses and barns with stock and the lot of land on which they stand, as all moneys and interests in my credit in the Union Store and Bank accounts to be drawn and given to her by my Executor hereinafter mentioned without the bother of legal proceedings, all this she is to enjoy hold and possess during her natural life time if she remain unmarried But if she marries then the whole goes to the mosrt worthy and deserving of our children to whom it is to go at her death if she remain unmarried
The property of one hundred acres of land more or less which I own between the South River and the Glen Road in the County of Antigonish to be divided equally, I give devise and bequeath to my two sons John Angus McDonell and James Frederick McDonell.
All my lawful debts, testamentary and funeral expenses to be paid by my wife out of the real and personal property which I leave her.
I now appoint and nominate as the Executor of this my last Will and Testament the Rev. W. B. McDonald Parish Priest of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in Stellarton and County of Pictou.
In Witness whereof I have hereunto my hand this thirtieth day of January in the year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred and ninety five.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the annexed paper is a true and Correct copy of the last Will and Testament of Angus McDonnell late of Asphelt in the County of Pictou Miner deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the fourth day of August AD 1913.
Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 4th. day of August AD 1913.
