Estate of Robert McDonald, late of New Gairloch, Farmer, deceased, Testate

Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

I Robert McDonald of New Gairloch County of Pictou, Province of Nova Scotia,  declare this to be my  last Will and Testament.
 
I do hereby give unto my brother John McDonald all my interest in the Real Estate on which I now reside, to hold unto him, his heirs, executors and administrators, according to the respective natures and qualities of the said premises, absolutely and for ever, providing the said John McDonald will give my sister Catherine McDonald a comfortable home on said property.

And I hereby appoint George McDonald of Westville my Sole executor of this my  last Will, at the same time revoking all former and other wills, codicils, testamentary dispositions and appointments whatsoever by me at any time heretofore made.

In witness whereof, I the said Robert McDonald, the testator, have to this my last Will  and testament contained in this sheet of paper, Set my hand Seal  this 15th. day of October A.D. 1895.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Robert McDonald, late of New Gairloch in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.

Given under my hand at Pictou, this 30th day of April A.D. 1897.
