Will of Mary E  McDonald, Deceased

Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

I Mary E McDonald of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou Widow hereby make publish and declare this my last will and Testament at the same time hereby revoking any will or Testamentary documents made by me at any time heretofore made

I direct my executors hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease to pay all my just debts funeral and other expenses and the expenses attendant upon the settlement of my estate.

I  devise and bequeath all the real estate to which I shall be entitled and all rights wills and interests I may have in any real estate at the time of my decease unto Bessie Cameron Sylvester wife of Walter Sylvester of New Glasgow aforesaid absolutely and

I appoint the said Bessie Cameron Sylvester to be the executrix of this my will.

In  Witness whereof I the said Mary E McDonald the testatrix have Hereto to this my last Will and Testament Set my hand and Seal this thirteenth day of January AD 1903

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Mary E McDonald late of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou Widow deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 24th. day of June AD 1908.

Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 24th. day of June AD 1908.
