Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

I Martha Jane McDonald widow of the late Angus McDonald of Westville in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this as my last will and Testament

I do hereby nominate and appoint my friend Donald Hayman Elder to be the executor of this my will.

I do hereby instruct my said executor to pay all my just debts funeral and Testamentary expenses as soon as possible after my decease

I hereby give and bequeath to my son William Cooper McDonald my house and lot all my real estate to be his own to use or dispose of at his own pleasure.

All the other articles of personal property that I have had I have already disposed of.

In Witness whereof I have Hereunto Set my hand and Seal this 26th. day of January 1911.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Martha Jane McDonald late of Westville in the County of Pictou deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 19th. day of December AD 1911.
