Know all men by these presents that I, John G. McDonald of Garden of Eden County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament.

First: my will is that all my just debts be paid by my executors hereinafter named.

Second: I devise and bequeath to my mother, Mrs. Nelly McGregor of Garden of Eden, County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia the sum of Five Hundred Dollars.

To my sister Mrs. David Fraser of Garden of Eden, County of Pictou, etc., the sum of Two hundred dollars.

To Andrew Fraser, Garden of Eden and County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia, the sum of One Hundred Dollars.

To my sister Mrs. George Fraser of Thorburn, County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia the sum of Sixty Dollars.

To Foreign Missions Fund of the Presbyterian Church of Canada the sum of Sixty Dollars.

To Home Missions Fund of above named Church the sum of Fifty Dollars.

 To French Evangelization Fund of the above named Church the sum of Twenty Dollars.

To Deaf and Dumb Institution of Halifax, Province of Nova Scotia the sum of Ten Dollars.

To Bible Society the sum of Ten Dollars.

I hereby nominate and appoint as Executors to this my last Will and Testament Andrew Fraser and Charles McDougall both of Garden of Eden, County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia.

In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 13th. day of September in the year of our Lord in Nineteen hundred and four A.D.

McDonald late of Westville in said County Miller deceased which said will was duly admitted to probate is said Court at Pictou in said County on the 28th. day of August AD 1912
