Certified Copy for Registry

This is the last will and testament of me John McDonald of Alma in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia Farmer

I devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Annie McDonald all my real and personal property of whatever kind and description and wheresoever Situated to her sole and absolute use forever.

I nominate and appoint my said wife Annie McDonald to be the sole executrix of this my Will

In Witness Whereof I have set my hand this sixteenth day of December A.D., 1908 at Alma aforesaid.

Signed published and declared by the above named John McDonald Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us both present at the same time who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of John McDonald late of Alma in said County Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 12th day of June AD 1909.

Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 12th. day of June AD 1909.
