Stellarton Oct. 4th. 1912

I John M McDonald, of Stellarton County of Pictou, give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of which I may die possessed to my daughter Margaret Stewart of Stellarton, N.S.

I revoke all former “Wills”.

I appoint Daniel F. McDonald executor of this my last “Will” and “Testament”.

Signed, Published and Declared by the above named John M. McDonald, Testator, as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us both present at the same time, who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto Subscribed our names as Witnesses.
