Will of James McDonald, deceased
Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds
I, Jams McDonald, farmer, of Iron Ore, County of Pictou, make this my last will and testament.
Firstly, I order that after my death and burial all expenses and all legal debts be paid and thereafter all the property belonging to me at the time of me death become the property of my daughters, viz- Margaret McDonald, Jessie McDonald, Jane A. McDonald and Lizzie B. McDonald conjointly be sole owners of the same be it lands or money or any other property or value whatsoever kind or wherever found become the property of the above named daughters.
Secondly, I order and appoint my son Alex’r. Wm. McDonald to execute this my will and testament the expenses of which be paid out of the sum of my estate and should the said Alex’r. W. McDonald for any cause fail to perform this will I further appoint J.W. Green of Mountville to execute the same.
I Witness Whereof I set my hand and seal this twelfth day of March A.D., 1908, in presence of A.W. McDonald and J.H. Green, and we in the presence of each other and at his the testator’s request have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of James McDonald late of Iron Ore in said County Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 11th day of December AD 1911.
Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 11th. day of December AD 1911.
