Will of Hugh McDonald, deceased
Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds
I Hugh McDonald Farmer of Iron Ore County of Pictou make this my last will and Testament
Firstly I order that after my death my body be decently buried and the expenses and all legal debts be paid and after all the property belonging to me at the time of my death become the property of my wife Mary McDonald be the same lands as owing or any other value belonging to me at the time of my death of whatever kind and wherever found become the property of the above named Mary McDonald
Secondly I order and appoint John C McLean of Springville said County the executor this my Will and testament together with my wife the said Mary McDonald the expenses of which shall be paid out of my estate
In Witness Whereof I Set my hand and Seal this first day of October AD 1910 in presence of James McDonald and Evangeline McDonald and we in the presence of each other at his request have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Hugh McDonald late of Iron Ore in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 22nd day of December AD 1910.
Witness my hand and Seal at Pictou aforesaid this 22nd day of December AD 1910.
