Will of Hannah MacDonald, deceased
Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds
I Hannah MacDonald widow of the late Hugh MacDonald of Carriboo Pictou County Nova Scotia make publish and declare this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
I appoint my son Angus MacDonald my sole executor.
I leave and bequeath to my son Owen MacDonald the sum of one dollar.
I leave and bequeath to my son Angus MacDonald all my real estate and personal property less the aforesaid bequest to my son Owen.

In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty first day of May nineteen hundred and twelve at Carriboo aforesaid.
Signed sealed published and declared by theTestator as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in the presence of each other and at her request have signed our names as witnesses. To the due execution thereof.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Hannah MacDonald late of Carriboo in said County Widow deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the sixth day of March AD 1913.
Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this sixth day of March AD 1913.
