I George McDonald of Glengary Scotsburn Pictou County and the Province of Nova Scotia Farmer Being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make publish and declare this to be my last will and Testament

Also as to my worldly estate and all the property real and personal of which I shall be seized and possessed or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease I  devise bequeath and dispose thereof in the manner following to wit-

1st. I give and bequeath all the real and personal property of which I shall die seized and possessed to my wife to have and to hold the said properties forever.

2 I give and bequeath all the money in the Union Bank of Halifax at New Glasgow and also all the money in the Canadian Bank of Commerce at New Glasgow to my wife.

3 Lastly I  do nominate and appoint my wife  to be the executor of this my will and Testament

In  Witness whereof I the said George McDonald have to this my last will and Testament Subscribe my name this 19th. day of August AD 1910

Signed published and declared by the said George McDonald as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of George McDonald late of Glengary in said County Farmer deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 3rd. day of September AD 1910.

Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 3rd.. day of September AD 1910.
