Will of Fred McDonald, Deceased
Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds
I Fred McDonald of St. Paul's East River of Pictou being of sound mind and memory do hereby make my last will and Testament made
I revoke all former wills or other testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made and this only to be and contain my last Will and Testament. Amen.
1st. I give and bequeath unto my son Gilbert McDonald that lot of land I bought Charles McDonald Weaver containing fifty acres more or less, also three hundred Dollars cash after he becomes of age namely twenty one years.
2nd. I give and bequeath to my son Percival McDonald that lot of land containing one hundred acres bounding on James T Thompson and John McDonald Blacksmith's lands, also another lot ot said Percival containing fifty acres and is bounded by lands belonging to James Campbell and John McDonald and by lands belonging to the heirs of the late Duncan McDonald St. Paul's
Also another lot of land to said Percival containing twenty eight acres bounding on land belonging to the late Daniel K McDonald or did belong to him and Alexander Chisholm, also three hundred dollars in Cash now in Bank, and is to remain in the Bank until the boy is if age twenty one years.
Thirdly. I give and bequeath to my daughter Agnes the sum of one hundred Dollars.
Fourthly. The remainder of the money and notes of hand I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Catherine McDonald for her use and benefit during her natural life and if there is any money remaining after her death my wish is that it will be divided equally between my three daughters share and share alike.
I nominate and appoint Clarence Archibald and Catherine my wife as my executors to see this my last will and Testament duly executed according to the true account and meaning thereof.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Fred McDonald late of St. Paul's East River in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 13th. day of December 1907.
Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 13th. day of December AD 1907.
