Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

I Robert Baillie of New Gairloch in the County of Pictou, N.S., Farmer, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make declare and publish this my last will and testament, revoking any former wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore at any time before me made.

I hereby appoint Angus MacDonald of West River Station, Farmer, and Kenneth F. Cameron also of West River Station, Lumberman, to be executors of my Will.

I hereby direct my said executors to pay all my just debts funeral and Testamentary expenses as soon as possible after decease.

I hereby bequeath to my son John Robert Baillie all my real estate, lands, farm implements, wagons, stock, houses, and two hundred dollars cash. The said John Robert Baillie to sign a Bond for the maintenance of Effie Lione**** during her natural life.

I hereby bequeath to Margaret Baillie wife of my son John R. Baillie the sum of one hundred dollars.

I hereby bequeath to my daughter Margaret wife of John Sutherland in loving remembrance fifty dollars.

I devise and bequeath to my son Alexander Baillie the remainder of my cash there may be due absolutely in the Bank of Nova Scotia, Westville, NS and the Post Office Savings Bank, New Glasgow.

In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this fifteenth day of June A.D. 1911.
