Will of Donald McDonald, deceased
Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds
I Donald McDonald of Sunny Brae in the County of Pictou Farmer do hereby make and publish this my last will and Testament,
1.I hereby nominate and appoint my wife Mary Ann McDonald and my son John C McDonald to be executors and Trustees of this my Will.
2. I direct my just debts funeral and Testamentary expenses to be paid and satisfied by my said executors as soon as convenient after my decease.
3. In addition to advances of land already made by and to my beloved son John C McDonald I do hereby further devise and bequeath to him one half interest in house and other building Situate one my farm
One half of all livestock of every kind which may belong to me at the time of my decease all waggons and farming implements of every description then on the farm and also at the death of my said wife Mary Ann McDonald
All lands and other property bequeathed to her by this my will are to become the property of my son John C McDonald
4. I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary Ann McDonald fifty acres of land being all that remains of the household property, one half of all livestock which may be on the farm at the time of my death
One half interest in house and all other buildings situated on my farm as well as all furniture of any description which the house contain
5. All land, interest in house and other buildings and all other property bequeathed to my wife Mary Ann by the 4th paragraph of this will are on the death of my said wife to go to my said son John C McDonald
In witness whereof I the said Donald McDonald have hereto subscribed my name and set my Seal this fourth day of August A.D. 1902.

Signed Sealed published and declared by the above named Donald McDonald the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us both present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Donald McDonald late of Sunny Brae in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 26th. day of September AD 1911
Witness my hand at Pictou this 26th. day of October AD 1911.
