Will of Daniel R. McDonald, Deceased

Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds
 
This is the last will and Testament of me Daniel R. McDonald of Meadowville in the County of Pictou Farmer

I hereby give devise and bequeath my estate and property real and personal as follows that is to say as soon as my real estate can be sold which I hereby direct

I give ot my wife Lexie McDonald two thirds of the sum obtained for it

I give to my daughter Jessie Ann McDonald one third of the sum so obtained from my real estate

I give to my wife Lexie McDonald all my personal property money and moneys worth whatever found

At the death of my wife Lexie McDonald all the estate real and personal property possessed by her is to be left solely to my daughter Jessie Ann McDonald for her use and benefit forever

I appoint my wife Lexie McDonald my executrix

Witness my hand and seal this thirtieth day of April one thousand nine hundred and twelve

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Daniel R McDonald late of Meadowville in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 16th  day of July AD 1912.
