Will of Daniel M. McDonald, Deceased
Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds
I Daniel Murray McDonald of Lime Rock of County of Pictou Province of Nov Scotia Do make this my last will and Testament
1st. I give devise and bequeath to my Sister Nancy McDonald the farm upon which I reside with all its improvements also the Horses, Cattle and Sheep on the same, also all the farming implements.
2nd. I give devise and bequeath to my brother William McDonald the Sum of forty Dollars $40.00.
3rd. I give devise and bequeath to the Trustees of St. Andrew's Church of Gairlock of Pictou County Province of Nova Scotia the Sum of twenty dollars $20.00.
4th. I give devise and bequeath to my niece Mrs. Oswald McCunn the sum of ten dollars $10.00.
I nominate and appoint John Kenneth Fraser Farmer of Mill Brook, and Oswald McCunn Farmer of Pleasant Valley Executor of this my last will and Testament.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Daniel Murray McDonald late of Lime Rock in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 2nd. day of February AD 1907.
Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 2nd. day of February AD 1907.
