Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

In the name of God, Amen.

I Nancy Robertson of the Fish Pools East River in the County of Pictou Married Woman being of sound and disposing mind and memory and taking into account the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death do make this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following,

I give and devise to my beloved husband Daniel Robertson all my real estate Situate at or near the Fish Pools deeded to me the said Nancy Robertson by my Father Daniel McLellan by Indention bearing date the twenty sixth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Sixty five, and also all my personal property and farm stock To Have and To Hold all the said real Estate and personal property unto my said husband Daniel Robertson his heirs and assigns forever.

And I hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said Daniel Robertson to be executor of this my last Will and Testament and I do hereby revoke all former wills by me made.

In witness whereof I the said Nancy Robertson have  hereunto set my hand and Seal this twenty second  day of April  in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Sixty eight..
