Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This is the last Will and Testament  John William Robertson of Churchville in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia Farmer.

1. I hereby direct that my executors  hereinafter named to pay all my just debts  funeral and Testamentary expenses as soon as possible after my decease.

2. I hereby bequeath to Catherine Robertson my Sister all my real and personal property after the payment of my just debts  funeral and Testamentary expenses giving my said real and personal property to my said sister and her heirs absolutely forever.

3. I appoint Robert S. Robertson and William McGregor both of Churchville in said County of Pictou as executors of this my last Will and Testament.

In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this ninth day of April AD 1902.
