Know all men by these presents that I James Robson of Piedmont Valley in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia, Farmer,  being of sound and disposing mind do make publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament as follows,

I give devise and bequeath all my real estate Situated in Piedmont Valley as well as all my personal property of every description to my son Charles M. Robson and to my daughter Alice M. Robson in equal shares, share and share alike either to be occupied or to be divided as they may mutually agree.

I hereby constitute and appoint my friend Daniel W. McMillan of Piedmont  to be Sole executor of this my last Will and Testament.

Given under my hand and Seal at Piedmont Valley this twenty fifth day of October AD (1910) nineteen hundred and ten.
